The Commission staff in cooperation with local election authorities will conduct training seminars on campaign finance reporting on the below listed dates, times and locations. Persons interested in attending are requested to contact the local election authority sponsor to insure adequate seating for everyone. You do not have to be a resident of the county to attend. These seminars are usually 1 hour in length. The treasurer of campaign finance committees for candidates, political parties and continuing committees are encouraged to attend. Greene County Republican Women

- If you would like to have lunch from the "good home cookin' and salad buffet", (or order from the diner's menu both reasonably priced,) then plan to arrive at 11:30. Our short business meeting begins promptly at noon, and our guest speakers usually begin their presentation at about 12:15 or 12:20.
Our meetings officially end at 1:00 pm, but in many cases our guest speakers spend time after their presentation to answer additional
questions. Some folks stay until almost 2 pm for a last cup of coffee and dessert.

- Gene Thomlinson, who is a candidate for Greene County Sheriff, will round out the presentations of those who have filed for that office on the Republican primary ticket.

Tax Day Protest

- We will have DVDs and information for individuals to hand out. We will be protesting the IRS and Income Tax as people pull into the post office to mail their returns. Come on out and Restore the Republic!
